What if I have an injury or chronic pain?

Perfect—that's our specialty. Both of us (the owners) have dealt with our own injuries and recoveries. We know how to train around limitations, modify exercises, and help you rebuild strength safely. Just mention it on the call.

I don't have time to work out 5 days a week. Will this work for me?

Yes. You're only committing to 2 sessions per week for 3 weeks. That's it. We're building momentum, not burning you out.

What if I've never worked out before?

Even better. You haven't picked up bad habits yet. We work with complete beginners all the time. Everyone gets their own program based on their current level.

What happens after the 21 days?

That's up to you. In your progress review session, we'll talk about what's next—whether that's continuing with semi-private training, trying something else, or just taking what you've learned and running with it. No pressure either way.
